My daughter absolutely loved it! It's small but perfect size for her. Her commute to campus is almost an hour every day so this saves her time and she can have a hot meal on the bus or when she's in class.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 59 reviews.
It came with an oversized lunch bag but the lunchbox itself looks quality made. The thing is battery-powered so all you have to do is charge it. I just leave it charged overnight if it gets low. The battery does last long and my last charge lasted over a week although I usually only use it for about an hour a day on the road. Does what it says and heats up nicely so it's a thumbs up for me.
This is by far the best thing I've bought this year! My kids use it everyday and we even take it to camping trips. Got a total of 5 and was totally worth it!
The manual was very vague but luckily the product itself is decent especially for this price range. My regular bento lunchbox was nearly 40 bucks and it doesn't heat or anything so this is quite the value and has a removable stainless steel container. With the battery I'm realizing the longer you charge it the hotter it seems to be able to heat up to so there's that. Overall pretty satisfied with it now.
It's great for travelling actually. Hotel leftovers = fresh meal!
Absolutely worth the hype. The charges last about 5 hours in my experience but the heat does actually get incredibly hot!
Completely Unreliable. Warm is the best it can do for the amount of trouble I have to go through to keep this charged daily. Everytime I set it to 80 min heating for a fresh out of refrigerator soup, it turns off at around the 30 min left mark. No notification, no clue if it's even running. Just a black screen. Therefore I have to turn it back on. The only time I got this to actually thoroughly heat something was once or twice when I had something that was already lukewarm and sitting and only needed a 20 or 30 min heating . The controls are not user friendly. Display is dim. And i have to charge it after each use. Too much for $70.
The packaging was pretty beat up so I'm surprised it survived. A little hard to use at first but otherwise I like it
So happy I have hot lunches now! It actually gets pipping hot!

Love love this, it's like my little lunch buddy!
I did not get the lunchbag please contact me
I got the small one by accident so probably would need to get the bigger one later. Only tried it once it does get very hot but the top seems to heat up slower. Will test it out more
Works and gets the job done.
Horrible instructions!
On the road without needing to charge. Lifesaver!
Good for consturction workers

It heats up as advertised pretty quickly too but too bad it's kind of small
Very nice and cute and heats up well. I have their original lunchbox too so very happy to add this to my collection.
I tried it out of the box and it did not work because I didn't know you have to charge it overnight it's not clear. Their email is very slow but finally someone called back and helped me. It works now but the instructions could be better written and email needs to work on their response times. The customer service on the phone was very nice so I will give them that
It's heavier than it looks but works well. Very sturdy!
Works well suprisingly
Very very sturdy!
Terribly bad instructions! Took hours to figure out!
Very nice customer service!

Hawaii shipping took a bit but works very well!
Very useful little thing! My kids both have one and I got the Pro so we match!
My first meal went great. The material is actually pretty thick and quality made
Arrived surprisingly fast but heaven't tried it yet
The packaging was a bit loose so I was initially afraid it would be damaged but it seems to work fine so far. The instructions are a bit vague but it's not difficult to figure out
My unit didn't heat up at all. Their email was dreadfully slow but after calling them they did replace it. I think the first unit was just faulty or broken but they should respond more effectively to their emails.
On the small side so it's good if you eat little.
If I could give this company zero stars I would! I have yet received my order after 3 weeks. I reached out to customer service and received 3 different tracking numbers all with different locations!
*NEW* Magic Itaki® GoHeat Pro Mini
Store owner replied: Hi Alexandria, we're terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, the courier made a routing error with the first parcel (note it has a label number and a local tracking code, not to be confused as it's not 2 different parcels but a single parcel) which caused it to be sorted enroute to the east coast, so we've expedited a new package to you expecting delivery within the next 2 days to prevent you from further waiting, there's a total of 2 packages (note there's a tracking label and courier number for each parcel, so there's 2 packages total not 3) that should be arriving with one expedited for delivery this week. We want to sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience as although rare, couriers do make mistakes from time to time! Hi Alexandria, it seems the package has been successfully delivered. Please do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!
This is very good for Uber drivers. I can charge in car or I can take it anywhere after charging it overnight. Very useful and gets hot very fast
I like this brand very reputable and very honest.
This was originally a doomscroll impulse buy that you regret the next morning and don't expect it to actually work so you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when it actually heated up my lunch. It's also not bulky or ugly. Will update in a few weeks to see how it holds up.
