Refunds & Returns

All our testimonials are organic by real users like you, but if for some reason Itaki®Co's products did not live up to our promises or disappointed you, we're here to help make things right!

Itaki®Co guarantees a replacement/refund policy on all purchases within 30 days upon receiving your package that ensures coverage for:
- Lost items/mis-deliveries (mistakes/lost by courier as indicated by tracking. Mis-deliveries due to customer error may not be covered)
- Damages due to packaging/mishandling
- Manufacturing Defects
- Malfunctional Items (if the device is an electronic product)
*Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied with your order in anyway within 30 days, simply reach out to our support staff and we'll be more than happy to help you resolve the issue and/or receive a full replacement or refund!
You may also be eligible for a manufacturer's warranty coverage after this (included in your manual). Relevant photos/videos documenting the case may be required by us. Replacements for damaged items will not require returns if a photo of the damaged item is submitted to the support team. Please note color selections may not be guaranteed, and may be substituted based on availability.
As per e-Commerce Industry Standards, Vendors are obligated to provide return/exchange labels or solutions for the following product categories:
- Machinery Parts
- Apparel related wearables(style preferences/sizing issues)
- Accessories (with custom-sizing)
- Custom-made products or items received in the wrong color (SKUs), unless an agreement is arranged otherwise
- Add-on devices (replacement cords, adapters etc)
You are entitled to return or exchange any items of this nature (apparel/wearables, wearable gadgets, accessories for electronic devices, custom mades) for any reason within 30 days. Items not in the above categories, might not be returnable if the request does not fall under Itaki®Co's 'Policy Guarantees'.
You are also fully covered for any items ordered that are lost-in-transit (confirmed by courier). Special considerations can be made on case by case basis at the discretion of the vendor for late deliveries not shipped/received for more than 14 days after the promised delivery time-frame for the shipping method selected. Deliveries lost or misdelivered due to wrong/misleading and/or a change of address more than 24hrs upon shipping will not be covered by this policy.
* Returns due to ineligible or incomplete addresses and/or buyer’s inaction to receive or pickup the package is not eligible for coverage.
If more than 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, Itaki is not obligated to offer you a refund or exchange.
General Warranty for Magic Itaki® Series electronic devices can be covered for up to 5-years for manufacturing defects. (Conditions may apply.) This is in addition to any shipping/transit damages or functional defects that may occur within 30-days upon receiving the package covered under 'Policy Guarantees'. In other words, if your first device was damaged upon arrival, you'll be eligible for an immediate replacement under Policy Guarantee, and the warranty will now cover your new replacement as well.
This applies to items that are specifically custom made for you (i.e Itaki®Co occasionally does offer 'Custom Made' lunchbox/device designs for special purposes). Enforceable policy lasts 30 days upon receiving your item should you feel the item was not made to your specifications. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, Itaki® is not obligated to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For all Return/Refund requests, we would kindly ask you to document the defect issue or problem via photo or video to help us with your case and for enforcing better Vendor quality control.
If no evidence/insufficient evidence is submitted or if a return arrangement has not been received, Itaki®Co is not obligated to honor your request for refunds/returns. All data is verifiable and policies are enforced based on official courier tracking numbers without exceptions.
