Shipping policy

Itaki processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of purchase, and shipped the following day after the processing day.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3-4 working days.

* Unexpected delays due to weather, extenuating circumstance may have a significant impact on logistics and shipping times. Express/Premium shipping however, still come with delivery time guarantees.

Once shipment email is received we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information. You the customer will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided at time of shipment email. 
Express/Expedited or Insured shipments come with delivery date guarantees. Any packages late for more than a week can be voided of any shipping fees and maybe eligible for an inquiry for a refund should there be an issue with the package. All other packages (free or standard shipping) come with a 8-week shipment insurance to accommodate for back-orders, pre-made products and extenuating circumstances. Beyond this insured time-frame, customers are eligible for full package re-reimbursement. In most cases if serious shipping delays are present, customers will be re-shipped a package before insurance runs out.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Delays may occur due to mis-entered addresses. Itaki Co will NOT be responsible for missed deliveries due to false/wrong addresses and/or customer inaction to pickup packages. Please note we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has been delivered, provided that a proof of delivery is available by the courier, however we would be happy to cooperate with the customer in the claim process for possible compensation and/or insurance/reshipment request where possible. All premium shipping methods will be insured by default. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

If your package is international, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may sometimes delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
